HOW TO INSTALL A Machine GRILLE Bluecoat

Each Auto Grille Bluecoat comes with a Hardware Installation Kit that contains the post-obit items:

two each Metric M6 x 3.75 inch ALL THREAD RODS (*See Annotation at bottom of this page)

2 each LOCK NUTS

ii each Metric M6 Fly Nuts

1 each one" X 4" ATTACHMENT FLANGE

ane each Tube of INSTANT Glue

SIMPLE STEPS TO INSTALLATION

(ane) Screw threaded rods into the threaded holes (DO Not Glue All the same)

(2) Take the Bluecoat to the Vehicle with the rods attached and determine where it looks best

(3) Fit the Badge to the Grille adding the Attachment Flange, Lock Washers & Wings Nuts

(iv) Mark the Threaded Rod where information technology needs to exist shortened if necessary. A piece of colored record or Black Felt Marking works well for this

(5) When satisfied all the way around, remove the Motorcar Grille Badge from the Vehicle

(six) If the Threaded Rod needs to be shortened, at present is the time to exercise it. Cut the Threaded Rod where y'all marked or taped information technology with a Hacksaw, doing your all-time to go along the Threads intact.

(vii) When finished cutting the Threaded Rods, Glue them to Car Badge, equally shown.

(8) Later on the Glue has fix take everything back to the Vehicle and attach it to the Car Grille

(ix) Now caput over to your favorite Sports Bar and Brag about your New VEGAS RAIDER Vehicle Bluecoat!

(10) **If yous screwed up the All-thread Rod, in this process, mensurate the length that it needs to be and head over to a Hardware Store that carries Metric M6 Bolts to finish the job** ALWAYS SECURE THE FLANGE USING THE LOCK WASHERS PROVIDED! It is also recommended that you add together glue to the Threads behind the Wing Basics to keep the car vibrations from loosening at the attachment points.
